I have been on software informer and it not help, but u can tell me about this cut out in picture it 7.0 it specielt and I like to know what progran there mash this , i have try other of microsoft but i cant compare with 7.0

Lydia Henry, I have the Picture it! 99 and it works on Windows 8, but will not work on Windows 10. I have tried to use it on Windows 10 with no luck. This Picture it ! 10 have or are you using it on Windows 10? Thanks in advance.
